Three great spots for Fat Tuesday Semla in Stockholm

THREE SEMLA SPOTS TO TRY FOR FAT TUESDAY

Fat Tuesday is just around the corner, and for us Swedes it’s practically a national holiday when it’s okay to eat as much semla as you want. Here are three spots to get some of the best Semlas in town.

Featured spots:
Tössebageriet - Probably one of the most classic places in town and stable choice. I love that they have a subtle vanilla flavour in their whipped cream.
Mr Cake - This is my all time favorite. It’s huge, freshly made, indulgent but also very classic. It doesn’t get better than this. Also, try out their wiener bread/Danish bread semla if you haven’t tried it!
Gateau - The advantage of this one is that it’s available in many locations throughout the country and that it is a really stable choice. Try it out!
