I have a very tight lower back and hips causing pain. These short routines have been great to do first thing in the morning to wake my back and hips up for the day 🙏

thank you mira. i have asthma and often have hard time getting myself to workout bcoz of my condition but this was relaxing to do n helped me get movement in my day

I overdid it at work yesterday and was feeling the arthritis in my pelvis a bit, but I was able to do this workout and it felt great! Especially the cat stretch-like part that focussed on rounding the lower back only. Also appreciated the cues to bend the knees when moving from lying down to sitting up. :) Thank you!!

I love your videos. My mom has a weak core and weak hips from lack of exercise for many years. I want to convince her to start Pilates. But I don't think she has the flexibility for most of your videos. She'll get disheartened and quit. Do you ever do something to get people excited about Pilates, but who are so very beginner they need help just getting started with movement and stretching their bodies, so they can progress to your standard vids?

I was able to go every move except the last- I suffered a compression injury in my lower spine years ago and that move it is not fond of. Your videos are so wonderful!!
