I was born in the 60s, abandoned as a child and raised by sadists, I've overcame many obstacles and now I'm here listening to you, and for me that's a great achievement.

1) Goal checklist Affirmation with visualise morning and evening - Vision Book, internal dialogue of what is valuable to you
2) Gratitude Miracle Diary, update, evening.Document what you achieved. I had the opportunity to do this da..da.. podcast, articles, books
3) Exercise, Water, Sleep, Eat little wisely to live
4) No stimulants
5) Don’t goal over run
6) Chunk projects into small pieces in to daily doable tasks
7) Metrics of the goals are to be recorded. Keep a statistics of what you achieved. These small tasks become big achievements. Build momentum.
8) Do what’s high priority goals
9) Delegate low priority distractions. Pay for delegation.
10) Testimonials. You get teary eyed

Thank you! This video lifted one ton of heavy weight out of my chest. All my life I went to bed super late at night, almost in the morning, because I am an artist and that is how I functioned best. Yet every single person around me told me constantly that that is not normal, that is „against nature” and I will eventually get sick! But what made me feel really sick was swinging between my natural flowing schedule and the imposed schedule of being a morning person... I always felt the truth of your words inside myself, but no one else would believe me if I articulated it in actual words. Now I can simply show them this video :))

When I first heard this great man he touched a wound because I thought he was so arrogant at first. But this man is so far from that. His story inspires me so much! His podcast with Andre was one of the most practical and amazing inter I've ever seen. I wish I could spend some time with Dr. Demartini, just talk and pick his brain. He is one of the most brilliant minds of our time and they said he would never be able to speak. Amazing inspirational individual, I am working on recognizing it in myself. As he says I am everything all at once. Thank you
