It is completely appropriate to judge people for their evil or inappropriate acts, but not for who or what they are. That distinction needs to be made here.

100% correct. Its so much easier to connect and empathize with others when you connect with amd empathize with yourself first.

i think judging people is something that you literally cant not do, and judging people in its self is actually quite a good or at least useful thing as it helps you determine what someone is and isn't good at and can help you realise if someone is a bad or good person and then you can do with that information how you please

This is very true true. Buuuut how do i do that? How do i stop judging myself if its mostly unconscious?

In my case I be like damn they have too many Kids.( I don't have any). I just don't like to see a bunch of ignorant people having children. I feel bad for feeling and thinking that way. 😢

Am I considered judgmental and shallow if I automatically assume a weird, foolish person has autism (or ASD)? Like, if someone makes a bad impression on me, seems unfiltered and socially inferior, I immediately think "they have autism." Is that wrong, my evidence-lacking conclusions about riff-raffs?
