14-Day Belly, Legs and Thighs Challenge - Get Lean

Here is another 2-week challenge I encourage you all to complete! A belly, legs, and thigh slimming workout session!

The exercises in this workout are quite intensive and it's a 16-min workout so this may be a little challenging for beginners but I'm not discouraging you to try it out. They're more focused on your core and lower body to really feel that burn in our targeted areas. All these exercises are guaranteed to boost your metabolism and spike your heart rate given that they're all cardio and strength routines!

You can do this workout on a daily basis but I suggest that you do this workout about 3-4x a week since it's an extended workout session. You can add this to your regular workout routine or do it as a stand-alone workout. Either way, you're sure to burn calories and get a firmer and more toned core and legs!

I only did one day so far, 19 feb and my legs are killing me rn 😭
and i noticed slight belly change somehow, i did another workout after this too :). Gonna try this for the 2 weeks and maybe longer!

Great get the heart pumping routine to start my calorie burn. Quick, effective, no fuss for my 4 am workout...when I don't want to workout. Really felt my abs! Love the music! It's not what I'd usually listen to, but keeps me motivated. Really liked the Sticks & Stones song. My favorite so far. Thanks !

Tomorrow morning I will try this ...and after 14days I will update my result....


already I did u r exercises in 3 days...in tat 3days really I seen good results .but situation not good to continue &after doing my body feels paining so I need some stretch workouts ....I am sure continuously I will try this ....

Started it today..on 21st September.
Will update after 14 days, on 5th Oct.
Initial wt: 82.2 kg
Final weight on 4 October: 81.1 kg. I totally lost 1.1 kgs in 2 weeks. I did 1 hr walk daily and this workout for only 7 days (No diet).

Your exercises are superly giving results. I just love the music and I reduced 3-6kg weight in 2 months and I am keep workouting all exercise. Thank you very much 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
