Nicely presented. But you were right about your first assumption of the correct pronunciation of Circadian. It's the same as how you pronounce "circle" with an S sound and not a K sound. Also, natural light does not suppress serotonin, it suppresses melatonin which is the sleep hormone produced in the evening/dark to signal to our brain tiredness and that it's time to sleep. Probably might be a good idea to double check these facts before going on air so as not to misinform people.

Wake up, relax, drink some water, later, drink coffee, eat breakfast, then get some fresh air, exercise a bit like going for a walk

I got around 3 hours of sleep last night and I am fully energized now

It’s currently 2:30 I went to bed at 10:40 and tried to sleep for 3 hours gave up coz I got angry, been having the worst sleep past 2 weeks send help! And I’m starting my new job today wish me luck 😃👍🏾 I’m so done for bro 😭

Fell asleep on the couch and woke up an hour later. Went to go back to sleep in bed and it just wasnt happening. From like 10:45 until like almost 4 am couldnt sleep. Then i guess i woke up from a small nap twice because i had two awful dreams that woke me up. Maybe got 2 or 2 1/2 hours. What a miserable feeling. And when im over tired i get even more anxiety than usual. Its a vicious cycle.

I went to bed at 12:00 last night and couldn’t sleep most of the night. I probably got 2 hours of sleep, then I woke up at 5 and couldn’t go back to sleep

Thick and dark coffee doesn't mean more caffeine, infact it means less caffeine than the lighter roasts because more of the caffeine has been roasted out in the dark roasts

i really like the idea of homemade baozi for breakfast, they're delicious, nutritive, freeze nicely, and are really quick to eat/easy to take on the go, so it's great thing to cook in bulk and keep in the freezer for a nice treat. Otherwise i like to go for savoury oatmeals, leftovers, scrambled eggs or even a full english breakfast (which i havent had in awhile)

I always go thru phases of insomnia when I have anxiety.
Like it’ll be 2-3 nights in a row and then I’m back to normal 😂


Also if it increases cortisol (stress) and melatonin, that would you make stressed and sleepy. And if it decreases serotonin it makes you depressed? Lmao I think you said it the wrong
