My biggest issue is sleep, I wish I had more of that probably the most important. I’m a college student and sometimes balancing that with work and working out can tire me out but got to stay grinding

A little tip to build off of him, in regards to stretching, do static stretches after the workout, do dynamic stretching before, static stretching lengthens your muscles a little bit and compromises your output, dynamic stretches are more effective at the beginning so you can work better, harder, and also mitigate injury even more effectively than static stretching (at the beginning of workouts).
