The thing that I appreciate the most about trying advanced routines, is the fact that I can’t go to the fullest and that I’m constantly challenged to let my ego go and accept and embrace where I am. Enjoy the present and appreciate my personal development❤

November update: when it was peak COVID (March, Sydney) and every shop and studio was closed, I came across this awesome video by Kat and died the first time - but have been doing it 3-4 times weekly at home since then! Fast forward to today and I can do side and middle splits easily anytime and I have become stronger (I noticed this when I went back to the studio again) this is one of the best works outs :) thanks Kat

Been using mostly your videos for my power/intermediate level during our nearly global quarantine. You are wonderful and clear as an instructor. I close my eyes throughout the practice and still able to follow you well. I thank you, and Namaste.

This was the perfect flow for me! I completed my 200hour YTT late last year and have recently been a little lazy with my practice. I really enjoyed the cool down in this flow. It was so seamless that I almost didn't notice we were nearing the end. Great workout, I was so sweaty by the end. Perfect amount of instruction and I really love how happy I can tell that you are to be teaching and sharing this class. I'll be returning to this one for sure. Thanks Cat!

Started doing yoga online again about a month ago, and didn't realize that majority of my classes I was choosing was specifically with you. I love your instructions, transitions and especially breathing techniques (which I usually have the most problem with) . You're amazing, thank you.

So I'm probably more in the beginner-moderate range but I loved this. There were things I definitely skipped since I wasn't there in my practice, but a small victory is that I got up into half-wheel! Wheel is one of my goals (but I'm also super wary to dive in because of a lower back injury), so this was huge for me! Thanks, Cat!

More than a year later, still my favourite practice to do from time to time to switch up my own practice. A little challenging, spiritual and all-body practice for virtually everyone who has some experience. Highly recommend!
