Really enjoyed Miki's playful energy. Alo has great videos, but I wish they would take more time in the beginning to ground and warm up slowly. I've noticed so many of these videos start out "doing" and I wish there was more "being" in the beginning to bring us into our bodies and presence more. Overall very grateful to have these though, they kick my butt in the best way.

That was fabulous! That down dog w/ grabbing opposite foot was a doozy 😆.

Loved this class! The savasana was a bit rushed, but still more substantial than other Alo flows I’ve watched. Great pace and just the right amount of challenge and ease.

I really enjoyed this vinyasa flow! I've done already the 30 days elements of summer of Alo Yoga and I found this vinyasa flow proposed different variations that I haven't tried before :)
