i have some tips

before running you would want to eat something healthy like orange, banana, or an apple
but before you start the running process wait 20-30 minutes to let it digest because when you go on that run right after eating you may puke or cause stomach cramps or it may go down from the other side where it causes you to have a accident on yourself do not let that happen

another thing to help is to drink a bottle of water or have a jug where you can fill it up with water
i see kids in my class have jugs of water with them they say they have to drink it to not cause cramps at practice
drinking water can also loose belly fat if you have the right ammount

- do not eat salty foods or junk foods after it will mess up your process only eat meat and vegetables
or vegetables if vegetarian

rice without salt and a good ammount of chicken can help burn off some calories every jogg you go on
do this for 4-5 weeks you will start to see process i did this by running from and to the bus stop each morning and i seen that i have lost quite some pounds i was nearly 160 then on my trip to the doctor i weighed 144 and i could loook in the mirror and seen i actually did lost alot
