I had been on 2 medications for 4 months, and they did nothing to lower my blood pressure. Then I tried beet juice, and in 3 hours my blood pressure was down 10 points. I went out and got a bunch of beets and juiced them all into a gallon decanter. This was a very messy procedure, that stuff gets just everywhere, but it's worth it, and it works. It also can't hurt any to just get out and walk a couple miles 3 times a day. You will lose weight and feel better.

I just checked my blood pressure and it was a little high. My heart rate was good though. I guess I got to keep on working to lose weight and eat healthier.

I think I almost had a cardiac arrest yesterday, but I’m not sure wether it was or not seeing as this has never happened to me before, I’ll be honest life’s been kicking my ass at the moment, I work 2 jobs, and am currently still in school doing my A levels, I’ve had exam after exam this particular week, I haven’t been sleeping well, I’ve been stressed both about school, and about my jobs. Yesterday in particular was the most stressful day I’ve had in my life, 2 subjects both demand coursework to be completed by the end of the week, but I’ve had a 15 hour practical exam for another subject over the last 3 days, meaning I’ve had no time to edit the coursework, so over break and lunch I didn’t eat, and instead did as much work as I could cram in. This is where things really went shit. I was so stressed the entire day the thought of eating didn’t even cross my mind. And in the morning, I poured myself 1 mug of pretty weak coffee, I’m not really a coffee guy as I never usually need the caffeine. But as I was shattered from other exams and revision (and working till 1 in the morning the night before) anyway, the caffeine didn’t really do anything, so I had another one. And then another one, I ended up having around 7 mugs of coffee over a 5 hour period. I don’t even know why I’m typing this out, I guess it just feels better to tell people in a comment section for a video of a relevant topic, or maybe I just need reassurance that what happened was what I thought, either way, if you are reading this, I know you’re probably like “well you drank too much coffee and didn’t eat or sleep, obviously that’s not healthy” and I know, it’s my fault, but all I could think about in the moment was getting work done and trying to stay awake, food didn’t even cross my mind, anyway. I managed to pull together a pretty substantial amount of work on Thursday (the day it happened) ready for the deadline the next day (today) so i finished school at 3:15, and had work at 3:30, luckily for me the school is only a short walk away from both of my jobs, I started at work, was fine for about half and hour. And then my heart just slowed way down, I began feeling weak, my skin felt like it was buzzing, my ears were ringing, my vision was going in and out of focus (I thought that stuff only happened in movies) and my legs just started becoming weaker by the second, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable walking. I went over to my coworker who we’ll call “D” and calmly explained how I felt, and told her I needed to eat something (luckily, I work in a shop, so that wasn’t a problem) another thing I should mention is the only people working, were me and D. And it’s not one of those jobs where you can just bunk off or call in sick last second, when you’re booked in, you’re booked in. Because there’s only ever 2 people on at a time and we’re short staffed. Anyway, D clearly didn’t believe me, but kind of shrugged and mumbled “alright” so I went and grabbed a little sandwich, paid for it, took it to the back and ate it within about 30 seconds, and it tasted well, it tasted like how things taste when you’re high, that’s the best way I could describe it. And for a second, my heart sped up and began feeling normal, but this was fleeting, and almost instantaneously it began to get worse, maybe because of my body having to digest a whole sandwich in the tiny timeframe I gave it, again, not my best idea. I went back out into the main shop, served some people at the till. And then I just got hit with the biggest wave of…well…weakness I guess, my legs buckled, my chest cramped up, my vision cut out for a split second and I barely managed to keep myself up by grabbing onto the till, the lady I was serving was such an asshole, and clearly didn’t understand what was going on, maybe because I’m young idk, but she starts handing me food items to scan. And then I excuse myself, went to the back of the shop, took a bottle of water out of the fridge, sat on the floor and drank it. It was at that point that D actually recognised that I wasn’t just trying to bunk off work and that I was being serious, she offered to call me an ambulance, but I told her not to and said I just needed food, another person came in to take my shift, and I sat in the break room and ate some chocolate to raise my blood sugar, and that actually helped. My heart started to calm down, the cramp had long gone at this point. Overall it was such a weird situation, and even typing it out now, I’m still kind of coming to terms with how flat out dumb I was for not thinking to eat, anyway, I guess the whole point of this really dragged out comment is, did I experience what could have been a cardiac arrest? And what I mean by that is it didnt happen, but I think I was close. Anyway, I doubt anyone got this far, and if you did, thank you for your time I suppose.

I'm 19 years old and I have high blood pressure...everything turns upside down for me since lockdown...I first checked randomly my b.p on 2020 and it was high..since then it's been high...2020 was the worst thing that happened to me I was very anxious ..psychological things and I suffered a lot n stuff ..I think that is the one that causes me high blood pressure... I checked everything if it's a secondary hypertension but all the tests came fine...I workout 4 or 5 days a week...don't smoke, drink nothing..so it's most likely primary hypertension which sucks... anyways if u came all here reading it..thanks love you all.... if u have a same story like me pls share🖤

I dont inow if this vid attracts bots or they buy views, but im not going to watch it. All the comments are almost exactly the same, so the accounts are either fake or part of some scam. Either way this channel doesn't seem legit.

I went in to the doctors yesterday and I was in the low 140s. I’ve been scared to death for the last two days because I also have crazy anxiety issues. I need to eat better and exercise more.

My husband suffers from high blood pressure actually almost to the dangerous hypertension. He’s only 32 years old! It was in the 160 range I believe and we had a couple of scares where he’s short of breath and his whole face is red as a tomato. He’s actually on meds well just one medicine of 10mg it has helped but not all the way. Definitely going to buy beet juice and all the foods mentioned here. Thanks for the video ❤️
