I'm good with back and biceps because I'm good where my arms are so my focus is back first them I only do 2 exercises 4 sets each for biceps since they get worked during back exercises and they are still growing with this routine 💪🏾

To everyone in the comments arguing over what to do: so what feels right for you and learn through trial and error. Take social media workout advice with a grain of salt because every body is different and responds differently to different stimuli. What works for him most certainly may not work for the rest of us and vice Versa

My logic for back and bis is to finish what I've done to the bis through my back workout.biceps always are hit at the end of the workout for that reason. But I get this logic too.

I never do a push workout and train the same muscle. Its normally halfway worn out by the time you get to you. Doing the opposite only requires you to make sure you are resting enough

I thought it’s back with Bi’s but I do either I have my own training regimen I feel as though 70% of guys training these body parts the same. You have to change up and shock the body

it would make more sense if you weren't saving your bicep workout for last. since you're doing all of your back exercises first you're not really compromising your back workouts.
