I am in quarantine in a small town in Peru, but I have Internet access. I have a friend who wants to learn meditation, but is in a smaller, more isolated town, and only has limited Internet access. I chat with her occasionally on WhatsApp. So I looked for short videos to help her. I've been meditating since 1994. I have to say to the adorable young lady who produced these videos, YOU ARE WONDERFUL. These three short videos will help my friend immensely. THANK YOU.

Your video motivated me to start meditation and honestly it's been 3 months continuously I am meditating for 15 min a day... And honestly I have not missed a single day in last 3 months since when you had uploaded the beginners guidelines for meditation... My family is so amazed to see that I never forget to meditate before going to bed and I'm too amazed a big thank you to you.... I have been having trouble with the mechanics of meditation. I have red books and searched online. Your three videos have helped me more than any of these longer explanations. Thank you for doing these. I am now meditating with much more ease.

Highly recommended for beginners. I've always been fearful because it looks difficult and out of my capabilities. Now I am able to start after watching just 3 videos! Thanks Sadia for helping make take baby steps to be better. From trying vegan dishes (energy balls and banana bread) to habits to make me more conscious. Hugs.
