For some reason, the 30 seconds felt longer than the 45... anyway, thank you very much for this. I just realized how I can make it so that boring tasks I have to do in everyday life feel less frusttrating and tedious: by realizing that they are a wonderful way of practicing focus! What a wonderful life changer!

I can't believe that I did not get distracted for 9 minutes. Ofcourse my thoughts wandered but I didn't open my eyes or wanted to touch my phone. Thank you ❤

Blue : it was pretty difficult at first but as soon as I started focusing on waves, it felt like it had been a second since I had started
Orange : fire or lava
Pink : clothes from when I was a kid
I focused on one thing that resonated with the colour instead of the colour itself, and it made all those seconds fly by

my thoughts were so messed up moments before doing this. i cried, laughed, got angry, screamed in a span of one hour and felt over all the place. doing this exercise really helped to calm myself and get my head together. this was my first time visiting, I'll make myself proud by visiting everyday and mastering this technique soon. thank you for posting this.

I actually loved this one! Thanks so much. I kept driving in and out of the concentration but the way you reminded us to be kind to ourselves and acknowledge what we are doing encourages me to keep going! Please do more of these, I tried looking for your intermediate focus video but can't find it. Are you uploading it any time soon?
