@ScottHermanFitness greaaat, I just hit 160lbs, and being 5'10" I was like I may reach his size eventually, , , now i have to gaaain another 18lbs of pure muscle and get extremely cut! arghhhh toooo muuuch motivation!

These are really good to do with kettlebells. When you get to the top of the press, hold the kb so that it doesn't wobble. Great for working the wrists. Keep the shoulders down too.

i just thought about doing something like this to strengthen my dumbbell bench press by strengthening that first press when falling back from the seated position.

What's the difference between rotating your wrists and keeping them straight with this? Sometimes I see people rotating their wrists but yours' is the first example I've seen where you keep your wrists straight.

Scott, do you know what mandatory 100s are? Squat thrusts, up/downs, and mountain climbers. Anyway, is that enough cardio for 1 day?

@gamedr12 it depends on what your goals are, but usually you wanna work 1-2 muscle groups when you workout that way it gives your body time to recover. such as chest and back one day, bi's and tri's one day, legs and shoulders one day etc.

Hey scott ive actually been working out for a while and have gotten bigger i went from 175 to 205 but feel aren't ripped enough can you tell me ways other then light weight high number of reps to get as ripped as you btw weight loss is no issue i just dont want to lose m strength ?? :D

@spencercmoret if you are going to work 2 muscle groups at a time try not to work out 2 large groups at a time like chest & back in the same session those are big groups to be working out together. Depending on how you actually work out..1 group a day should be sufficient. Each session i have is one muscle group a day at anywhere from 1 1/2 - 2 hours. There are loads of exercises for each group so you can be sure to get good gains. I just need the discipline to do my cardio. cardio = boring haha
