Thank you so much for this, I've been doing it for only fifteen days but there was a mass improvement in my study routine, I was able to concentrate for much much longer in my noisy house whereas earlier I would only be able to concentrate for a minute or so without listening to music, now I can sit for once and study for about six hours, this is magnificent!

I have my exam this morning and have my eyes losing focus and mind totally hazy. I'm physically and mentally spent but hearing this meditation was such a brain massage, I'll now get back and study as much as I can... WON'T GIVE UP!

I was facing anxiety and used to get angry on every little thing but today when I listened to this wonderful masterpiece I started felling that I can overcome all my anger and anxiety and start focusing .

I was surprised when she said open your eyes it felt like it was 40 seconds only! Great meditation and with practice you become more in control of your thoughts and your mind
