There are so many videos out there, but you are the BEST. I love your videos bc, while most other trainers go silent, your voice is with us the whole time. I need that form coaching along the way, reminding us to keep shoulders down, chest open, etc etc.

WOW. I really felt this one. Those split squats are no joke; it will take some practice to get those down well, but it will be a great challenge. I have truly learned so much from your videos; I love that I can get a great workout in from home and learn about my body at the same time.

I did this yesterday with 15lb dumbbells. My booty is sooo sore!! Great workout! Definitely going into the rotation.

I am 41 and 6 weeks ago I looked in the mirror and saw literally a quadruple roll down my backside heading into swimsuit season. When did that happen?!?!?! So, 4-6x a week for 6 weeks I’ve been doing 15-45 min glute workouts on this channel. Quadruple roll is down to a double (that’s only 1 extra 😂), I’ve lost 5 pounds, and no longer fit into a couple pairs of shorts I have cuz they won’t go over my bum gains. Pretty sweet! Can’t wait to keep going and see what I can accomplish. 💪🏼
