I’m the living proof these workouts work!! I have 4 kiddos & only 30 yo. I thought i’d never get my pre-baby body back! I’ve only been doing Eleni’s booty workout & as long as you execute them as closely as hers as possible I tell you it will work! 6 weeks in & I’ve grown two inches in booty circumference 🤩 thank you Eleni! I’ve also added 2kg plus to my weights & my resistance band coz the old ones became easy! Omg ❤
