By far deepest core exercises i ever did! Wwights on ankles really burns. Im not sure if I screwed myself up by bad form or just ache from soreness!

Dear Natalie these exercises are really effective but my only concern is I get severe cramps at night. I do these 3x a week. I don't get cramps on the day I don't do. Please suggest, cause I m in love with these exercises.
