Hi guys. This is my first time commenting on any video anywhere but you guys are so great, I just had to tell you how much I appreciate you both & all the wonderful videos you do. I found you while searching for videos to improve my chronically bad posture (no pain just bad posture) & you have been a tremendous help. I was recently transferred at work & now my job consists of sitting 90% of my day & I started to have sciatica pain. It’s terrible. Coupled with two weekends away recently, staying in hotels with beds that ended up being too soft, I was nearly unable to walk & was in tremendous pain. Long, long story short; while on vacation, I pulled up your channel, did your various exercises for sciatica for about 20 minutes & you saved my vacation!!
I recommend you to everyone. Thank you again!! You guys rock!!

Thank you for showing this exercise. My husband and I were in a t-bone car accident on September 23 by a Ram truck this year. I suffered the brunt of the impact on the passenger side, which caused all the air bags to deploy...by the grace of God, we walked away! The problems I've had since then are joint pain in the majority of my joints; at varying times and varying degrees, (cooler temps don't help)...have been sore, stiff, with tingling and numbness in my hands and wrists from "bracing" prior to impact. The chiropractor mentioned arthritis in my neck and hips (excruciating)... lower back, including especially the tail bone and my right ankle and foot. Fortunately the chest and spine pain is very slight, minimal. I attempted this exercise with you, but need to wait for my wrists to improve more. I believe I will benefit from these moves when I'm better. Thanks again, I appreciate what the both of you share... funny guys.😊

You should do a posture video for when you're sitting in your car. Like how to best adjust your seat for proper posture when driving

Hoping this helps my problem of nor being able to walk or stand on my left leg a lot. I'm just sure it's because Of my posture. It's quite frustrating. So glad I came across your channel! ❤️🌞

Someone below suggested videos for wheelchair-bound people. And I agree completely.

But I’d also like to add that I’d like some videos for those of us who are mobile but have knee issues that prevent a lot of the movements usually recommended. For instance, I love the exercise here; however, I have bilaterally torn MCLs. I can walk, but I have to be extra cautious about how I move my knees, or I will fall.

I know there are some here who have knee replacements or other knee issues that need ideas on how to safely do exercises..
