Structure is simple yet challenging and never boring! 😎You have 60 sec to work off a certain amount ofExercise 1 (10x Wood Chopper)

Exercise 2 (30x climbers)(You get to rest when reps are done before the minute is over)

3x rounds after 3 rounds,
another 40 sec rest

This one was brutal!!! I kept on saying... She be crazy!!! But I kept on and finished even though I didn't get to all the reps... It was fire!!!
