After the first few I was like nah I’ll do something else but then I remember I’m not gonna get better if I quit, toughened it out and feel a lot better physically and mentally now. Thanks for these videos they really help especially when I’m not able to go to the gym too much.

As a gymnast I found this super affective, my coach said I have to improve my core, but after doing this set workout almost everyday for 2 weeks me and my coach have definitely found little improvements here and there so thank you so much!
