Since everyone who did the first oblique routine was seeing great results, here's a second routine so you can switch things up! Give this intense 5 minute at home oblique workout a try! You get a full obliques workout without having to leave your house. Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted ab routine as a finisher since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective and will help form that V-cut! Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

did all of the workout for abs from upper to oblique man its a killer took a 5 sec break around 30 seconds in the work for all of them
