Another 5000 step challenge! A fun mix of 30 second walking followed by 30 seconds of cardio moves. Why not do it twice and complete your daily step goal!

I still got 4500++ step even i didn’t follow her pace. I take it slowly because on call. But still have 4500 ❤️❤️ hope u posting more videos soon.

I love all of your videos! I found your videos on you tube while going through chemo and radiation for breast cancer. I go at my own pace but keep up fairly well, especially now since treatment has ended. I really like the scenery and variety of exercises you offer. I had a chuckle when one of the videos a cow was walking in the background. 😆 I’m from northern Illinois! Keep up the good work on your videos! Thank you for keeping it fun and motivating 😊

Another awesome one I used weights with the arm moves and I jogged sometimes instead of power walk
