I bet you have sweated a lot in the gym along with the diet.
To all the sweet people who are commenting to wish to lose weight only with diet, it's not what it looks at the surface.
Weight loss requires consistent effort around your calorie intake plus your activity level.
If you are missing one, you will never achieve these results.

P.S. I am down from XL to M in the past four months but it takes a lot more than fancy meals to lose serious weight.

4 points of weight loss
1) eat in calorie deficit
2) eat protein rich food
3) walk 10k steps daily
4) do strength training 4-5 times weak

You'll lose 5kg a month by this more than this weight cannot be lose without surgery

I can talk both ways cos I’ve lost weight both ways.
So the first time back in 2017, I went from 67 kg to 52 kg (6months) but I was on a good protein based diet + working out in the gym, that time not only did I lose weight but I was also toned, my body looked better, had a flat tummy etc. Then I stopped working out and ate like a crazy person. So I gained a lot of weight between 2017 and 2023.
Second time when I lost weight was in 2023, I went from 72 kg to 60 kg (6 months) with only diet, so it is possible but I still had a tummy, my body wasn’t toned, I had broad upper body but my lower body was thinner. So I guess that’s the difference between losing weight with just the diet and losing weight with diet + workout.
