A sample diet plan if you wish to lose extra fat in the most healthy, clean, pocket friendly and easy way. This homely meal plan is all you need! 🙌

I start my day with CCF drink, CCF stands for cumin, carrom and fennel seeds. Boil 1 tsp of each with a cup of water, strain it and sip.

Lunch is a protein rich curry, I am having matar paneer. You may have rajma, cholle, channe, soya etc.

Dinner is light, if you wish to add more than feel free to add a single, small piece of chapati preferably millet based.

Before bed you may have a cup of herbal tea. I suggest to go for I’MWOW night time relaxing tea for a beauty sleep.

Bachpan se jo khaya hai, jaisa maa ne khilaya hai bus wahi sab khaye.. bus important ye hai.. Early to bed and early to rise, , do exercise yoga or walk daily and drink 3 litres water daily… it’s enough to live healthy life

Gunjan, I have followed your program during Covid time and achieved great results for a temporary time. The low calorie diet was not sustainable for me. Also, now that I’m working 9-5 again, I barely have time to get my 30min workout in after walking my dog in the morning and then prepping for work. It’s been a struggle to cook myself a breakfast or do anything that needs the stove to be turned on. As much as I would love to eat a good breakfast like poha or upma and have a healthy lunch, I’m unable to keep up without cooking everything ahead of time but then eating stale food is also not good as it causes gas and other issues. So I usually keep it to overnight oats for breakfast that I eat on the go and then salads for lunch adding in either boiled egg or lunch meat for protein.

Morning 1 cup black tea without sugar
Breakfast 1 paneer, besan, sattu chhilla
Mid-morning 5 almonds, 1 walnuts, 8 badams and some cranberries.
Lunch 30 grams daliya khichri and fish/egg, chicken grilled
Afternoon 30 grams roasted gram
Evening one besan, sattu, panner chhila
Dinner 1 roti with chicken


Follow this with 6000 steps a day and some streching...you will stay healthy, strong and will loose weight

Almond contain iron too and that caffeine in tea will not allow the iron to get absorbed by the body so its better to not have tea with items which contain iron ...
