When you're doing V Pass with the stability ball, it is important that your back is on the floor. If it is lifted, the more you pass the more you'll feel it in your back. Other than that, good routines. I am loving the hamstring press.

Du solltest so viel mehr Videos machen! Du hast jetzt schon so eine gute Videoqualität, ich wette du hättest super schnell eine ganze Menge Aufrufe und Abonnenten :)

You might want to consider giving a 10 second adjustment period in between each exercise because by the time I Chang positions and got stabilized with the ball, I had only like 15 seconds per exercise. I'm just saying, a 10 second adjustment period in between each exercise will help the majority of people get the full 30 seconds per exercise.

Such an effective workout each move is so targeted and effective it’s only 5mins but you know you have really pushed the target muscle groups, love it.
