Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Doing this paired with abs and posture for two weeks
Measurements before:
Bust: 93.5 cm
Under bust: 75.5 cm
Waist: 70.5 cm
Lower belly: 84 cm
Hip dips: 90.5 cm
Butt: 98.5 cm
Thighs: 56 cm
Day 1:✅ this one was really hard, but the abs and posture one was relatively easy
Day 2:✅ it burnssss
Day 3:✅ my glutes were on fitee
Day 4:✅ I slept over at my friend's house so I woke up super early to work out. I think I'm gonna go back to sleep^^
Day 5: rest day
Day 6: didn't work out... My partner came back from 2 weeks of military training so I want to spend as much time with her as possible
Day 7: getting back to it tomorrow
Day 8:✅ doneee
Day 9: I'm too tired to do it🥲
Day 10: got my period so I don't think I'll be able to do it the next couple of days..
Day 11: not back yet
Day 12: still have severe cramps
Day 13: didn't work out
Day 14: not today either
Okay, I'm starting over cuz it's been a while and I wanna get it right, so..

Bust: 91 cm
Under bust: 79 cm

Day 1:✅ wasn't too hard and I'm feeling a lot better!
Day 2: I was at the pool today and walked for approximately 1 hour so this is my active rest day
Day 3:✅ it was hard to get myself moving because I'm going through some tough shit but I eventually did it and I'm glad I did
Day 4:✅ doneee
Day 5:✅ went great! I also went to a fly yoga class after this^^
Day 6:✅ done and I'm feeling great!
Day 7:✅ I'm at a friend's house but I got up at 5:40am to do the workouts, it's 6:15 and we need to get up around 10 so I think I'm gonna go back to sleep^^

Day 9: rest day
Day 10: missed the workout today🥲

Day 12:✅ I woke up at 5am to work out and went to fly yoga in the evening!
Day 13:✅ I'm exhausted but I got through it
Day 14:✅ didn't do the workouts but I did about an hour of just dance so I think it counts

Day 1: Sore, obviously no progress but it burned like hell!
Day 2: Burned a lot, I don't know if I'm seeing things but I actually see a tiny bit of progress.
Day 3: I love the burn! Starting to see some changes I think I’m going to keep going!
Day 4: Same as yesterday it burns! I don’t see any differences at the minute but I will keep going x
Day 5: Took a break x

Day 7: I see a big difference from day 1! Thus is working

Hey yall! Gonna do this for 2 weeks! :) I already did 3 days so I just put them down already
Day 1: felt the burn!
Day 2: felt the burn again
Day 3: felt the burn, noticed a slight improvement on my glutes, they seem rounder and up more.

OKAY!! That was INSANE! It's a burner without equipment it's a burner WITH LEAN equipment. I used my lavender adjustable and ankle weights and my goodness that had me burning, shaking, sweating... DYING! So so good! New GO-TO booty burner 😏👏🏽🔥🌶️💀

Lilly, please, you could place the subtitles at the top of the picture and not at the bottom. When they are down, I often don't see how you work out. I need to see how you practice so that I can perform the exercise correctly. Maybe you say it in the video, but not everyone knows English. Thank you very much. 😊

Doing this and 2 more workouts before school stars my bum size :78 cm.
Day 1:felt the burn 🔥 was pretty tiring
Day 2: easier than day 1 wasn't that tiring
Day 3: was very tiring than day 2
Day 4: Rest day
