Ok guys time for a quick and powerful booty lifting workout!! This quick workout will help to shape + tone your butt, including side booty and under-butt areas. You can do this without any equipment, however for some added resistance try using some light 1-2 lb ankle weights.

I'm going into week 6 of recovery for an ACL and double meniscus surgery and I miss BBFit and these quick workouts so much! Ladies, take advantage of how wonderful your bodies are, continue to care for and strengthen them! I can barely lift my hamstring, but I'm working on it each day and so excited to get back to this! Hi Bailey, due to depression I struggle a lot with motivation to exercise and on my bad days these five minute workouts are my lifeline. If I can't make myself run for 30 minutes I can usually push myself to do a five minute video before I shower and it means so much. Thanks for posting these and please keep making them! ❤️❤️❤️

This is one gets my Booty looking peachy and toned ! I alternate butt work outs on your channel and I’ve really seen an improvement in my butt. I always have time for it because it’s always 30 and under ! I add them to my daily routine when I’m done with the treadmill 😍 thank you for your positive energy!

Bailey - I just love your workouts. You have a motivating pleasant approach, but make no mistake - your workouts are tough!!
