*Green leafy vegetables especially has to be incorporated more into the diet.*

I love boiled spinach, black coffee, chili powder in my rice, lentil soup, Irish oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, ginger tea, natural yogurt with strawberries or peaches, avocados in my healthy chicken burrito, salmon, and boiled eggs.

When ur watching a movie and ur trying to eat the best popcorn and u don’t want soggy popcorn
