My grandma LOVED a chunky child… it was basically a flex back in the day. Like, whoever raised the puffiest baby was automatically the best cook, most loving, most maternal. So from one overweight kid to another… this made me smile 😊

For years I’ve struggled with bodyweight, even though I’m considered very healthy, I’ve come across many body positivity posts talking about to “love yourself” and be “thankful to the food you eat” and while that may work for some people… in my opinion, seeing their petite skinny beautiful bodies always made me feel worse. But coming across this video made a big smile spread across my face. It makes me want to eat… not out of boredom, or to stay alive. But to be healthy. Thank you, regardless if you see this or not — you helped atleast one person.
