That deep lunge rotation is often a massive eye opener for people when they realize they can't get that elbow to the floor on one side.

Shattered hip and pelvis I can finally do all three took 5 years to get there never give up on therapy people first one feels awesome with some discomfort .

These also feel really good if you lay flat on your bed or the floor and do, it’s such a good stretch through the abdomen and lats

I need to stretch like this but I'm so out of balance from my left to my right. I was chair and bed ridden for over a year and my left arm and leg seized up starting after a lower left back injury. I slowly started to walk and shuffle until now when I can mostly move "normal". But over time I compensated and different strength, size and length muscles on different sides. I have to be very cautious when moving like this and doing things or that same spot from years ago in my low back "goes out". I've been doing some things the best I can but I'm terrified of injuring myself because it immobilizes me. I have animals to care for asking other things I have to do myself. I can't afford anymore Drs and physical therapist I had years ago during the worst was a joke. I'm in pain ALL the time and when I do things like this and it worsens my mood and motivation can drop to zero. I love watching your videos and getting ideas. If you have any advice for me it would be very welcomed💚.

I want to see their butt/ cheek placement on the floor. Depending on what side I’m on, one cheek is higher than the other. Can you cover how to start with the 90 degree switcher-roo (wherever one is at) and where we want to end up- how to get there?

I cannot do the 90/90s on the floor. My left hip has extremely limited internal rotation. How can I improve that? Is there a regression that you’d suggest?

Do you need to stay on your sitting bones for the 90/90? I find one side lifts off the ground when I do them.
