In this routine, you’ll work on a series of squat holds, plié pulses, side-lying leg extensions, heel presses, and so much more. In just 10 minutes, you’ll feel the glute burn. This fun and easy routine is a perfect supplement to your daily workout! All you need is a mat to get started.

Henderson is a certified Pilates instructor, NASM-certified trainer, and former collegiate soccer player. In addition to teaching all kinds of fitness, she's also an actor and dancer, appearing in commercials and on stage with Cirque du Soleil.

Hey ladies can you do exercises for people with a hiatus hernia so things that aren’t focused on the stomach for all the strength pleeease. I used to do 100 squats a day until I was told that it was adding to my stomach acid problems.
