Here’s a common scenario: good climber, mediocre puller.

This is caused by getting your pulling experience exclusively from climbing. While climbing is a pulling-centric sport, the added variables of footwork and body positioning prevents you from fully developing the pull itself.

You don’t have to be a great puller to be a great climber. However, having a strong foundation opens the door to more advanced techniques that will help you through harder climbs. If you’re serious about improving as a climber, let’s first perfect the pull.

Good stuff mate. If I'd known this years ago it'd have saved me much grief. Thanks for a good easy to see demo it'll help lots of climbers with those clicks and pops that are all too common
