Level 11 pull up : I guess at this point gravity isn't an issue anymore. We call this one the levitation pull up.

5 years ago I started watching you in the hospital bed at a rehab hospital barely able to move at 52 years old I dreamed of being fit again over 100, 000 pull-ups later I am back thanks for the motivation. It's never too late people.

Bro your form is on point every single time. For people that haven't done stuff like this, keeping the form right can sometimes be harder than the actual exercise. Your form is always excellent though. Keep up the good work and remember everyone that is watching, we are all gonna make it!

Hey bro, I do really like you work here and it helped me a lot with getting into some of my first muscle ups and stuff....I got into some freestyle in the past months and wonder if you could maybe do some tutorials for more tricks you know. I know it is not that popular probably but still there are people who would find it useful. Keep working man ! You do great and you're good at it ! Thanks for that !
