всем привет.! ребята, эти упражнения действительно работают. я делала их неделю, и могу сказать, что есть результат, мои бёдра стали худее на 4 см. планирую делать ещё неделю, для хорошего результата.

Started doing this today along with 2 other workouts from the same channel for a month:
Day 1: ✅ did 4 sets as recommended, I could feel my legs burning but bearable
Day 2: ✅ did 4 sets again, my thighs are a bit sore
Day 3: ✅ did 4 sets, thighs are sore, no changes yet

I am starting off today!
Day 1: pretty simple and I feel relaxed!
Day 2: Awesome 😎👍 I feel energetic as I woke up early morning
𝑫𝒂𝒚 3: i feel that my thighs are becoming slim
Day 4: hm no changes yet but I feel awesome!
Day 5: oh I do see some changes.. but not much.
Day 6: I feel so cool!!
Day 7: Great saw some changes again.
Day 8: Ok.. no changes but looks like that my thighs have changed a bit..
Day 9: Awesome! felt great!
Day 10: Cool! i dunno if it worked or not-...
Day 11: Good!
Day 12: great no changes...
Day 13: Felt cool and saw some changes...
Day 14: great!
Day 15: My thighs are a bit slim, !!!
Day 16: GREAT!
Day 17: Saw some changes!!!
Day 18: I have checked my weight and i did lose some weight!!

Hi! I'm still on my journey, but I want to let you know that at about day4 I also started to do other workouts, slowly adding in one after another, but I didn't shower myself with too much at once.
This wasn't my first time starting to workout but this one is going at it's best and I think it's because I started off easy. Don't go hard on yourself❤

*Day1:* It is pretty simple, but it seems good, since it moves and streches my legs well. I did 4 sets, as recommended and by the end I felt a little burn. After the workout I feel relaxed
*Day2:* Trough the day I couldn't feel any pain, but as soon as I started to do the workout I felt my muscle ache. It was harder than yesterday, but still bearable and the fact, that the video is so short makes me motivated😆
I did 3 sets
*Day3:* I have mental issues, had kind of like an existential crisis, so didn't do
(But I'm fine now)
*Day4:* I did 4 sets, it felt pretty refreshing
*Day5:* Well, technically I didn't do it, but I danced for about 3 hours (with breaks) because I wanted to learn a new dance
*Day6:* I did 4 sets, along with a few other workouts and I was exhausted. By now I can't decide if I've changed yet (on my period, so I'm bloated) but I can feel my mind changing: loving myself a bit more for being at least a bit productive; my mind is more clear; I am more put together
*Day7:* I did it at night, while my mom was sleeping and was scared to death that she would wake up, but did all 4 sets
*Day8:* I didn't have time to do it
*Day9:* I was too tired and lazy to do it😅
*Day10:* Didn't do
*Day11:* I had mental problems, didn't do
*Day12:* Was recovering from the day before, didn't do
*Day13:* I finally did it again, I did 4 sets, I am proud of myself
Even though I didn't do it in the past few days, I actually see a little difference. I am overweight, so for me to see changes is hard, but I do see it. I can't tell if my tights have changed or not, since they are pretty big, but on my calves I DEFINITELY see changes. They look soo much tighter now
