I tried for 1 week just now! I can feel my thighs are stronger and it get rid of my bulking inner thighs!!! It was really annoying to see that little fat in between of my thighs and I've tried so many way to slim it down but I can't. until!! I found your video!!!! Thank you sooo much Hailey!😘

you helped me so much i was always insecure about my big legs and i tried everything to slim them down othere workout routines but they never worked they made my legs bigger but then i came across your slim calves video and they worked so well so i decided to see if you had a slim thighs video and i've been doing them both for a week now and it really made my legs so slim. It’s shocking how different beauty standards can be for every one. I was sure the photo on left was the “after” result because to me, it’s much more attractive than the photo on the right. Goes to show that sometimes our insecurities can be other people’s ideals sometimes!

So I’ll do this workout for the upcoming week and then share results :)
Start = Left: 53 cm
Right: 53, 5 cm
————————————
Finish = left: 52
Right: 52, 5 Cm
So it’s been a week and I lost one cm on both legs and my legs are more toned. I just added this workout to my normal workout routine but it definitely works :)
