day 1: super easy, love it, did 2 sets
day 2: easy, easy, did only 1 set bcs i did another inner thigh workout
day 3: did 2 sets + another inner thing workout
day 4: ✖ (period)
day 5: ✖ wasn't motivated and my stomach hurts so much

Hello! I'm gonna try this workout for 20 days then give my review of them (Morning and night 1-2 sets each, depending on my time)

Day 1 : ✅ + ✅Done 2 this morning! I stretched as well cuz I noticed ppl in the comments saying it hurts ut u don't stretch. It's prob why I don't feel no burn rn. But it was good! ✅ + ✅ Done 2 sets for the evening as well! I was feeling more confident as I could he my heart beating so it's also some great cardio!

Day 2 : ✅ + ✅ Done 2! ✅ + ✅ Done 2 for the evening as well! Oof I'm tired 😓 imma sleep now 😴

Day 3 : ✅ + ✅ Done 2! Have a great day ☀️ ✅ + ✅ Done 2! Felt a slight burn but I'm still good! I'm a bit struggling with no. 4 as it hurt to stretch my hips this way, but I'm definitely gonna take it as a challenge! Anyways, gdnight y'all 🌙 🌃

Day 4 : ✅ + ✅ Done 2! ✅ Done 1 for the evening! I have a long day to tmr so bye bye !

Instead of redoing the whole video for each set, I redid every exercise for the number of time need before doing the same with the rest of the exercises. Not sure if that was clear, I mean that it makes u feel mlre burn, and u lose less of the energy to redo all again.

*Overall review:* Time Flies by so quick. I think it really help me grow. I've stopped mentioning it but these exercises especially no.3 seriously helped my hip be looser. It's great cause I personally struggled to move them to their most in no. 3-4. As for results I wasn't that much fixing my goals to have my legs real slim, but rather be helping my body out so I haven't noticed that much although they do look sorta better imo. But yeah that's it y'all! I really enjoyed this 20 days! I might come back again (prob do another comment cuz this one got wayyy to long) for another set amount time but for now I'm gonna go find my next workouts on this channel. For now stay strong y'all ur the bEsTs !!!! Bye bye 🤗

This works welll, it will work even better if you use a resistance band. I tried it for like few days I see noticible results.

(I also did pilates and listened to subliminals)

Doing this everyday for a week

Day 1 : quite easy did three sets because I didn’t have enough time to do 4 ✅
Day 2 : I’m gonna do 4 but currently only did one I see a little bit of change. Kinda burned because I didn’t stretch but wtv ✅

FIRST WEEK

DAY 1: Done! Today I did 4 sets, it was not that difficult but they say that the more you do it the less difficult it will be because you will get used to it :D
