This is a great workout. I’ll try this workout for 2 months, I’ll keep y’all updated!
Week 1 (starting on the 5th of May)
- Day 1 ✅ I really felt my inner thighs burn.
- Day 2 ✅ I had a really long day, so it was a lot harder than yesterday. I’m sweating a lot right now, that means it’s working😊.

Заміри до:
Права нога - 57 см
Ліва нога - 57 см
Бедра - 97 см
30.07 1 день✅ - можливо я робила неправильно але більшість напруги під час тренування було в області живота, після тренування відчуваю приємну біль з внутрішнього боку ноги, робила без останньої розминки.
31.07 2 день ✅- все чудово, досить легко, хоча і відчуваю приємний біль не тільки в внутрішній частині ноги, а й живота
1.08 3 день❌ довга поїздка
2.08 4 день ❌
3.08 5 день ✅ відчувається більша біль ніж до того
4.08 6 день❌
5.08 7 день ✅
6.08 8 день✅
7.08 9 день✅
8.08 10 день ✅
9.08 11 день ✅ ще три дня і поділюсь своїми результатами
10.08 12 день✅
11.08 13 день✅ завтра вже закінчення і результати
12.08 14 день✅ загалом, тренування мені сподобалось, хоча і очікувала більшого результату, останні 3 дні я додала ще два тренування тому результати можливо і не супер точні
Результати
Права нога - 55, 6 см(-1, 4 см)
Ліва нога - 55, 6 см(-1, 4 см)
Бедра - 97 см

Ok so let's do this... I'll do this and the calves workout together... I have really bulky legs to the point it's affecting the way I walk and my dance soo let's goo

I'll do it twice everyday

Day 1 : done ✅ I was not able to hold some exercises for a long run bit ig that's okay... It's the first day anyway 🥰
