This is very helpful, I get so hungry at night cuz I eat very small meals throughout the day and probably not enough calories. I didn't think of tuna but when I think on the times I've eaten tuna sandwiches I always fall asleep, also never tried some of these other ideas so I'm looking forward to seeing how they help me! Thank you!

Turkey / tryptophan reference is false. You get tired after a turkey dinner because people typically overeat at these meals and our body sends extra blood to our gut to digest making us sleepy. There is trytophan but the dose is too small to affect us.
