Thanks a million, l am the blood donor person, l was surprise, when l'm going to donate my iron levels keeps on decreasing, up until I google an check foods rich in iron, since I watch your videos on YouTube it helps me a lot, my lowest iron was 10 to 11. Now when I start to eat 🍅, liver, black raisins, cornflakes, dark chocolate, drinking cocoa, you won't believe that when m checking my iron, 2 weeks back my iron was 13, last week was 14, today I check again it says 15...so I want to thank you with your fruitful videos.

Chocolate Treats

1 cup of Pecans
1/2 Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup of pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla
1 dark chocolate bar (your favourite)

Melt chocolate

Grind dry ingredients

Add vanilla & Pecans

Shape in balls or place in molds.

Put in fridge to set.

Take in consideration that plant based iron is very little absorbed!
Add lemon to increase absorbtion both for non heme (plant based iron) and heme iron (animal foods). Tks

I have an iron deficiency along with B12 deficiency, diabetes and under active thyroid. I am 74 and although I have medication, injections to help with my health issues, I suffer with constant fatigue, high is so debilitating. After another blood test this week I will be having a face to face appointment with a GP to deal with the iron deficiency. Iron tablets give me upset stomach, and I’ve the last two months I have had an
Endoscopy and Colonoscopy which have proved normal. I am definitely going to try to include all of the iron rich food on you list apart from oysters, and hope this will help me have more energy. I will post back after a couple of weeks with results

I found out why I'm so tired and have no energy, super low iron. My level is 3, I really enjoyed learning about all 10 foods with iron. I will be trying everything except oysters I'm allergic to sea food . Awesome thanks

My well water has iron in it, when my granddaughter was born the doctor said she was the first baby ever he new of that tested perfect on iron, everyone that drinks it has perfect iron 😊

well I d suggest soaking all of your beans, lentils, legumes etc. cause they have antinutrients that prevent you from absorbing non hem iron, also dark choc has a lot of tannins so it also prevents iron from absorbtion as well as cocoa

You need a LOT of Vitamin C with the IRON so body absorbed better.❤️🕊️🕊️✨
