As a diabetic, I see the bad in white bread but still, me myself, I find it so hard to avoid all these (except alcohol, I don't drink - because I'm 14)

lost 10 pounds in like 2 weeks... i gave up dairy and put like no oil in things, i mean yeah i will eat stuff that has dairy in it but things like cheese, butter, milk, mayonnaise.. gave it all up. I am still going to loose more weight but just a heads up ---- DIARY is literally fat..

My cowboy coffee is about 300 calories. 2 tablespoons of butter(grassfed) with a tablespoon of MCT oil. Lost weight with this high calorie coffee(this was breakfast)

On the glycemic index, eating bread is actually not like eating sugar because white bread actually has a glycemic index much higher than table sugar. So eating white bread is actually worse that eating sugar. Gotta say everything on this list is pretty obvious. I was hoping for something new.

I don’t eat none of this except for the bread I guess I have to change it now also is it bad that all I drink is plain water or do I need some sort of low fat drinks as well ???
