I had some real problems with my heart several years ago and since I still have Congestive Heart Failure I check my blood oxygen Level with a Blood Oximeter that can be had at any drugstore. It will cost about $50 bucks. Yeah that is pretty expensive on a fixed income but when my blood oxygen measured 64 one day I knew that I wasn't just tired and had family take me to the Emergency Room. Co Q 10 will usually keep your blood oxygen level in the upper 90s if you are taking enough. It works great if you are elderly and want to keep your teeth, and I started taking Co Q 10 after being too tired one night to remember where the key ignition on my car was. I'd been to a nearby city for shopping with a friend for the day. Yeah, I guess you could say I was scared into taking Co Q 10!

How are those amounts of coq10 enough? My supplement is 200 mg. I would need to eat a lot of organs to get that amount
