This series is most excellent. Especially this move... because it is something that I struggle with. Will doing this with the heels elevated allow me to (eventually) get the same range of motion without heels elevated?

Good morning from Collinsville, Illinois U.S.A., is this Mike Carroll on this video and are you broadcasting from outside the U.S.? I almost deleted your video without watching it but I clicked on it, glad I did. Your suggestion to use books under my heels is awesome! I'm 64 yrs young, fit but not as flexible as I used to be and I've been disappointed in my ability to do any kind of meaningful squat lately, in fact I quit doing them all together. Tried your book trick...I'm a new man, lol! Amazing how low I can get now! I looked for your website, I tried fitforgolf.com but didn't get your site. Do you have a website? I'm subscribed to your channel now and I'll be searching youtube for your videos. Thank you for your help. DP
