In today's dumbbell workout we are targeting the upper body without using a bench! All you need for this total upper body workout is a pair of dumbbells and a small space.

Since this is an upper body only workout we will rotate through the upper body in this order,

- Back
- Chest
- Biceps
- Shoulders
- Triceps
- Core/Abs

7:45 Dead Stop Two Handed Row
8:55 Eccentric Fly (5 sec)
10:05 Pinwheel to Regular Curl (Kneeling)
11:15 Alt Arnold Press (Kneeling Position)
12:25 Tricep Extension Pronated Grip (Right)
12:25 Tricep Extension Pronated Grip (Left)
14:15 Dumbbell Slide Crunch
15:21 ROUND 2 (Repeat all the above)
