UPPER BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT | WITHOUT BENCH!

In today's dumbbell workout we are targeting the upper body without using a bench! All you need for this total upper body workout is a pair of dumbbells and a small space.
Since this is an upper body only workout we will rotate through the upper body in this order,
- Back
- Chest
- Biceps
- Shoulders
- Triceps
- Core/Abs
