Ready to work those arms, back and shoulders? Let’s build muscle and grow even stronger! I think you will all enjoy this upper body dumbbell workout as I did!!

The timer will be on for 1 minute of work for most exercises, 30 seconds rest inbetween!

All you need for this upper body workout is your dumbbells, a mat and a chair!

There is a staple of decline push ups however if you prefer, you can absolutely perform traditional push ups with both feet on the floor!

The dumbbells I am using are 17.5kg and 8kg each.

There is something very motivating during this workout knowing the staple, every time it comes round, is bodyweight only and we get to drop those dumbbells! But it quickly becomes challenging!

Hopefully you see just how I try to stay as relaxed as possible… even when it comes to the lateral raises, I will take as long as I need pausing with dumbbells at my side before I perform the next rep! Quality over quantity!

I am pretty sure you will enjoy the pace of this workout being with longer sets and longer rest.

I hope you have a super session and appreciate the work those triceps accomplished at the end!

Just woke up and I'm definitely feeling my legs! 😆 Can't wait for some upper body work now.. This looks like a slow burn and the finisher is gonna be a challenge! Hope you all have an amazing session and enjoy you day :)

I really enjoyed this tough upper body session! The staple got harder and harder with each round...especially after shoulders and dips...and the finisher was a brilliant tricep burner! I enjoyed doing cardio add on...quite a treat to do extra cardio on a Tuesday! It has been dark this morning but a beautiful full moon shining through the window of the room where I have been exercising and reflecting off the clouds! Quite poetic...made me think of a painting by Samuel Palmer! Enjoy your day everyone! Matthew

The upper body has been my fave knowing that this is also my weak spot. I loooove that the finisher focuses on the triceps! They are the most problematic area for women! I have been loving the format this week, all a variety! It continuously challenges us, especially me who has been following Caroline's workout since Epic 1 debuted! And I thought it gets easier, we only get stronger! My depth has also improved and my flexibility! I can't thank you enough, Caroline, and this wonderful community !!!

Another amazing upper body workout 🔥💪 I spent years (decades!) using 2kgs for workouts, never even thinking to increase or incorporate 'proper lifting' into my schedule. Since starting the EPIC programmes I have (slowly and safely) so far increased to 8kgs. I love feeling stronger ❤️‍🔥 Thank you Caroline!

Never give Caroline's upper body sessions a miss! ✨💪🏻✨ Wow! That was awesome! Thank you! The staple was a great choice! I'm much stronger and able to do those decline push ups with proper form. Super finisher! Absolutely loved & enjoyed how the workout was planned! 👌🏻❤️ Wrapped up my training session with the recommended add-on and a 15 min full body stretch ... so much needed! 😁

When I looked at the list of exercises I knew that this would exhaust my entire upper body - and it certainly did that! The shoulder part was a burner and the finisher was a super burner! Thank you Caroline! Have fun with this everyone and have a great Tuesday!
