The standing side stretch felt amazing. I also liked the balance work right at the start, surprised I could stand firm throughout.

I started running in April and made all the rookie mistakes, didn't do strenght training, didn't strech etc. Fell off the wagon a few times, got runners knee, and IT band problems. Then I started following the pre and post-run stretches in your videos and it has made a real difference! I just ran my first 10k today, pain free. Thank you!!

I’m so grateful for all of the videos on this channel. I am close to 50 years old and took up running this year as it’s been a longtime goal. I am now training for my first half marathon and these videos have been instrumental in my progress. I use a variety of these pre-run and post-run stretches nearly every day. I can’t thank you enough, Ash!
