Hi ! For all my English Subscribers, I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I have been uploading a lot of Hindi Videos lately and I can understand that many of you do not understand the language. Lately there has been lot of messages and confusion regarding this.

The main reason for uploading Hindi Videos was that My other Channel "Indian FItness" which was specifically a Hindi Channel was terminated due to some algorithmic changes and without any notification. I had spent more than 80+ hours on creating and uploading those videos . So I have decided that I am going to reedit and reupload all those Hindi Videos on this channel because of the effort that has gone into it.

But after few days I will be uploading separate videos both in Hindi and English. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Sir I am doing gym and cardio at evening but I am also doing cycling in morning so I should do cycling after eating or with empty stomach so that I dont lose weight but I can lose belly fat?

Sir mere body fat perc 30 hai but muscle bhi boht zada hai and I am very strong but body Mei cuts nahi hai .to fat loss program use karne see mera muscle bhi loss hoga.

Hi my height: 5'10, weight: now 82, bmi 25, bfr 24 .. I have been trainingsince 3months regularly, l.. more walking trade mill, reduced weigh, little toned, but less muscle growth.. i asked my trainer to give more weight and compound training, he is saying you have to reduce fat ratio more than he will provide compound bar exercises. Is it true??

hi abhunav. i am working out from past 3 years & have a decent physique. But 2 months back, I got married. So couldnt workout from past 2 months. Now I a going to start gym from Monday.
