Not me feelig excited after seeing that its 15mins today not 35mins🙈 my body was dreading before but after seeing the 15, excitement filled it.
I know am not alone in this😂

I love it. My arms are sore from yesterday's workout and this ab workout really focused on abs so I was able to forget my noodle arms for 15 minutes. ❤

Wow Anna! You are so incredibly inspiring for so many people including myself. This was fun! Today I had not that much motivation (so none) because it's usually my rest day. But when I saw the 15 minutes my mood changed and I started... and well, here I am, 17 minutes later with a warm feeling in my body and a good feeling in my mind. DAY 4 ACCOMPLISHED!!🎉 Thanks Anna for being my motivation, luv you❤❤

Thank you, Ana so much! It’s been just a week, I’m doing your workouts every day. On Monday I couldn’t do it all at once, needed to pause here and there. Today I did the same Monday workout and I only paused once! I’m feeling so much stronger! Thanks!

Hi Anna! I've been doing your upper body/abs workouts for a few months now and I feel a lot stronger, I really enjoyed this new addition to the abs! I am not doing the whole HIIT program though because currently both my knees are injured :(

Whew - Day 3 was almost not doable for me with horrid chest cold and cough with so many plank and push-up reps. So I modified a bit but got through it. It’s difficult to do workouts with a horrid chest cold. But I’m going to persevere as I’ve persevered through a lot in my life. This one looks very doable mainly on back doing abs which I can handle. That should help. ❤❤❤
