Sadly you are not explaining how to do. The title suggested that there is an how to, but sadly not 😢. I shivered the last nights especially one time after i woke up with a high heart rate. First i wanted to supress it because with me cfs you have no energy, the shivering of the muscles Costs a lot energy that was why i stopped TRE in the beginning. How fast can i calm down my nervous system? I am so frustrated tried it since 3 months and i get worse.
